Welcome to the sound therapy concert!

Sound therapy calms the mind and deeply relaxes the body.

Sound therapy is a method of deep relaxation, which is a purely health-supporting and maintenance form of treatment and, above all, a preventive form of treatment.

Voice therapy is based on vibration. In fact, everything that moves produces sound, all vibrating pieces produce sound. In other words, everything in the universe oscillates at a certain frequency. Sound is a physical phenomenon that carries both energy and information in some medium. No sound travels in a vacuum. Sound is vibration, air pressure variation, and kinetic energy. The sound pressure generated by the sound wave causes the eardrum to vibrate, causing a sensation of hearing. Sounds pass through the entire human body, affecting body fluids, cells, and brain waves, and vibrating bones, tissues, and internal organs.

In voice therapy, you lie down or sit comfortably and let the ringing crystal bowls, gongs, handpan and vocal chords flush your body, mind and soul. The overtones of the instruments make the trillions of cells in the body sound harmonious, thus clearing energy jams and opening up meridians. At a deeper level, the harmonic sounds produced by the instruments affect the level of consciousness by slowing the brain rhythms to the alpha and theta frequencies, which activates the healing energies of the body. Voice therapy is different every time.
